Impact and relevance

The project is grounded on a robust and innovative pedagogical approach, scaling up previous experiences with a successful track-record, to ensure a high impact in the targeted groups.

We apply the following four methodologies:

  1. Evidence-based program,
  2. Gamification,
  3. Educational data mining,
  4. Teacher Professional Development Model.

The project will include three main actions (besides project management and dissemination) to strengthen young students’ ability to think critically and assess the trustworthiness of information accessed:

  • adaptation and translation of a game-based intervention toolkit of self-regulation cognitive processes;
  • adaptation and translation of teachers’ professional development;
  • educational data mining.
